The Producer’s Guild Sierra Leone is a registered Film Guild. It has a constitution which is the guiding principles for both Executives and the Membership. It has Executive in the various Regions and Districts and branches of the country in consonance of its Constitution. Because of gender inclusion we have a female President. These Guild have acted and Produce so\u00a0 many movies which marketed nationally and internationally.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/strong><\/span>Producers Guild Sierra Leone is to embrace all producers in Sierra Leone and in the Diaspora in respect of Nationality, Greed, Sex and Tribe depending upon meeting the the constitutional criterion.<\/p>\n

MEMBERSHIP<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Any person accepted as producers in the Producers Guild sector shall be eligible to become member subject subject to the terms and conditions of these constitutional rules.<\/p>\n

a) That, I will observe and obey the rules of the PRODUCERS GUILD SIERRA LEONE<\/p>\n

(b)That, I will always so comport myself to maintain the good name of the Guild and warrant my continued membership on it.<\/p>\n

(c) That, I will not recommend any person of whose character I can not vouch for to be admitted into\u00a0\u00a0 the Membership of the Guild.<\/p>\n

All candidate for Membership shall pay an entrance fees and a monthly contribution which will be determined from time to time by the National and Central Executive Councils of the the Guild.<\/p>\n

A member is only considered a financial member when He\/She has paid an entrance fees as laid\u00a0 down in these rules and twelve (12) months contributions levies and other charges in accordance with these rules and who shall not be in arrears for more than three (3) months.<\/p>\n

Any Member who is not financially qualified as previously set forth in these rules shall not be entitled to any benefit nor participate in any of the Guild matters\/activities, Any member, who continues to be unfinancial\u00a0 for a period of six(6)months, Shall consider himself a non member.<\/p>\n

To represent the Guild or any member thereof in any negotiation or dispute when necessary and to endeavour to ensure in any organization in which the interest of the Guild or its members may be directly or indirectly affected.<\/p>\n

To provide legal aid to members who belong who belongs to the Guild for not less than two (2) years and whose financial contributions are not more than three (3) months in arrears.<\/p>\n

To take any other lawful process in the furtherance in the interest of the Guild of any its Members.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
